With over 15 years of experience in the field of EQ Leadership development, we developed the Emotionally Effective Leader Workshop (TM) specifically for business leaders. This is a 2 half day setup with intensive one to one interactions and personal support.

The Mentorprise Executive Career Guidance (ECG) program consists of 6 sessions of 90 minutes each, focused on the specific needs of Executives preparing for the next step in their career. Our program combines expertise in the field of Executive Search and Executive coaching with the use of the EQ-i 2.0 Leadership instrument.

What is Emotional Intelligence?

Emotional intelligence is a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.

Why is Emotional Intelligence important (for Leaders)?
