Marleen Smekens founded Mentorprise in 1991. Throughout the years, Marleen specialised in Executive Search, Leadership development, Assessment Centers and EQ-i. Working national and international and in various industries. Marleen is currently President of our global organisation ENEX.

Herman Dits

Herman Dits co-founded Mentorprise in 1991 and joined as an active Managing Partner in 2004. For the past 2 decades, Herman contributed intensively to the diversification of the services, leading to the range of solutions we have today.
